Good book, it helps understand the importance of boundaries and give good ideas and examples on how to apply them. It was hard to read at times because of the unusual sentences structure. I am not if its because of the translation or something else. Also the book quality is not the best but it is definitely one I would read again. Overall it helped me tremendously.
