The item is very top heavy. I have poor grip strength. The handle isn't the easiest to keep in my grasp, especially when reaching to my back or back of my legs. The handle is not long enough for me to reach everywhere I'd like, but I am a bigger person with shoulder, range of motion issues, arthritis, etc... For an average size person, it would reach all your parts. I have used it twice, and for now it's making bathing much easier. I was using regular bath brushes before and the scrubbing motion would activate the pain in my bones and joints for days after bathing. I have used the item on low speed for about an hour off of one full charge. It doesn't seem to be running low on power yet. I would recommend to anyone who has trouble bathing. I will update this in the future if any issues arise. Update June 2024. Unit stopped spinning. It makes a noise when turned on, but no longer will spin at all. It was nice while it lasted.

I absolutely love this product! At first I thought it didn't work, because I pressed the on button and it didn't start. Then I read the instructions that said you have to hold the on button for 3 seconds to turn on and off. Voila! The product itself is very sturdy and substantial feeling. The multiple head attachments give you a great variety of uses, from cleaning to scrubbing to exfoliating, and the rotation is strong and reasonably fast. By far the best body brush I've ever had.

I bought this 4 years ago, and although I don't use it all the time, at least I can say that it has not stopped working for me yet. I love to use this in the summer to clean all the sunscreen, sweat, oils, and general grime and grit off my back on hot days, and after being in the pool. Do I wish the head spun a little faster? Yes, but I don't have particularly sensitive skin, and I can understand the manufacturer not wanting anyone with really sensitive skin to get harmed (or to sue them!) I use the stiffest brush on my back, the little rubber bristle attachment on most of the rest of me, and the soft brush on my face. I haven't had any problem with the charge running out too often, but again, I don't use it every single day. And yes, it's a little heavy, but it does have a motor in it. If I could change one thing, it would be for it to have a standard charging cable, so if you lost or damaged the charging cable, you could just buy a standard cable anywhere for it.

IT WORKS FINE WHEN IT DOES. BUT IT CONTINUES TO TURN ON AT RANDOM AND WONT TURN OFF SO I JUST HAVE TO LET IT WEAR DOWN. RIDICULOUS.

it arrived...I fully charged it....it worked great and lasted a long time on the initial charge.....then I fully charged it again and now it will NOT EVEN TURN ON....the lights indicate fully charged...I help the button down 3 seconds to turn it on....it will not work...and I can not return it or get a replacement on this item.....not a good deal!

IF YOU HAVE SOME BLEEDING & WEEPING OF YOUR AMPUTATION PUT ON SIME NEOSPORIN TO PREVENT INFRCTION ANS PUT THIS LOTION ON 6 TIMES A DAY TILL HEALED AND THEN TWICE A DAY. 1 BEFORE YOU PUT PROTHESIS ON, 2 WHEN YOU GO TO BED AT NIGHT. DOCTOR AND PROTHETUST WERE AMAZED THAT SKIN ON MY STUMP WAS AS SMOOTH AS THE SKIN ON MY ARM. SO THE COMBINATION OF THIS DEVICE AND THAT LOTION IS A GOD SEND. USED THE FACE DISKS TO PUT ON THE LOTION. IF YOU CAN5REACH THE LOWER LEG YOURSELF WITH YOUR HANDS BEING TOO SHORT. ANY SORES OR BLUSTERS ARE HEALED the same way.

It's only been a few months and it has stopped working. It won't spin and it just beeps and blinks when I turn it on

I bought this unit to replace another brand that was no longer working. Unlike this one, the other unit did not have a detachable long handle and was not rechargeable. I’ve found use for most of the brushes and the regular shower brush is very soft and feels great on the skin. The only negative I have is the stiff brush is to stiff in my opinion. I was hoping for something a little stiff for facial cleansing but this one can be rough to use for any length of time. If a brush in between these 2 were offered I would purchase it.

Scrubs great and exfoliates .deep clean that feels like a massage

The instructions on how to use this brush were written on a minute piece of paper that was almost unreadable with the naked eye & still very difficult when using a magnifying glass. The product had no identification marking that it was a SoulBay Electric Body Brush only that it was made in China. Could not find any details of the product or instructions on the internet other than who was selling it. I would not recommend this product purely because of these issues.

Not worth the box that it comes in. Used it for the first time today and expected great things, but as soon as you apply the slightest pressure the motor stalls. Have to go through the whole procedure to get it running again only to have it stall again. Worthless
