I put them in my son’s shoes because they were too big for him. It sticks very well and he seems comfortable. He had them for months now and it’s well in place.

Ended up returning
The stickers didn't stick well into the inside of the shoe. The inside of my childs shoe is fabric. We ended up returning the product because it just didn't work with our childs shoes.

They have a decent amount of cushion but these do not work for soccer shoes for my 5 year old. They kept slipping under his foot
