I’ve tried a few iron supplements before, but this one actually works and tastes decent too (which is rare for iron products!). The Nordic blueberry flavour is natural and not too harsh, making the daily spoonful easy to take. The formula contains not just iron but also Vitamin C for better absorption, B12 for energy, folic acid and zinc — all without nasty side effects. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I genuinely noticed less fatigue and more stable energy levels — that 3pm slump became way easier to power through. I love this product, Blueiron Liquid Iron Supplement is above any beyond the standard of other Supplements with its delicious Nordic Blueberries and Vitamin C, B12, Folic Acid. I would say this is the best Iron Supplement on the market.

Not bad taste, not too sure of the texture being syrup like. But it's high quality and drinkable

Blueberry flavor doesn’t fully cover the bloody taste of an iron supplement but it does help. Very thick liquid almost like gel. Used it in the second trimester of my pregnancy and it worked great

I decided to try this iron/ vit supplement after feeling depleted of energy for a very long time. My blood tests said I was not anaemic. I have taken other multivits with iron before and it made no difference. However, this has really hit the spot! Maybe it's because it's a liquid or due to the combination of vits, I don't know, but after just a few days I have noticed my energy levels are so much better. I am feeling refreshed in the morning and able to get up early and in the evening I am not running out of energy. It does have a metallic aftertaste but that is easily dealt with by having a few grapes or something after! I will be buying it again.

I would have given this 5 stars but the previous two bottles have been much runnier and prone to leaking from the cap when shaken. I feel that the recipe has changed and I'm not sure it is as effective as I found it to be originally. The taste is milder which I guess would be a bonus for some, but I quite liked the taste. It is still much more gentle on the guts than other iron supplements though.

This one is great and the only iron supplement so far that agrees with me. I only take half the adult dose, as I want to just have a top-up on my daily iron intake. Feeling the benefits already after 1 week of use. The flavour, is like any other iron tonic, in that it tastes of... iron. But this one tastes of natural blueberry flavour too, which is a bonus. I've found myself enjoying the iron flavour already.

This has a lovely taste but leaves mouth and teeth black.
