Review: I would go a size up - My 13 month old is 95% percentile and most 12 to 18 month items we've purchased so far fit her very well now but will most likely not make it anywhere near 18 months (exception, Janey babysoy). These are about the same -- they look like they fit pretty well now, and I'd expect a few more months of use, but not a full six months. So if your child is closer to 18 months than a year, I'd definitely go a size up. They do have a bit of extra length between waist and crotch, so if she grows up instead of around they'll still fit. I guess manufacturers have to meet certain standards of form-fittedness -- as far as that goes, these are the best I've found for not pinching little arms and ankles. These are long john style, more like leggings or tights than pants, really, so they'll work nicely under dresses or t-shirts or just for roaming around the house. Overall, very good buy, but I would order a size up, especially if your child is large or nearing a size transition. You can always use them a little big but using them a little small, not so much.

LOVE THIS
It's not that it's somewhat small: it is so quick and easy to get on since so soft and kinda stretchy, and it just fits super cute and snug once it is on. It comes with an explanation that loose-fitting clothing isn't fire safe. She seems to really like it and it's probably the most comfortable thing she has to wear. I want to order more! I wish they would come out with new patterns. I love this one.
