The length of the vertical main pole is 360mm，and you can refer to the 6th image, the height of this monitor bracket can be adjusted up to 500mm(max).

Does it come with screws for monitors?

Yes. Although i reused the ones that were holding the VESA plate to monitor. Just be careful when screwing in monitor. Easy to mess up monitor thread as only plastic. Be gentle.
