It did become loose after tightening the set screw many times. Ultimately the seller gave me my money back. **Q: Can this be installed facing to the left vs the right as seen in the pictures?** A: There is a screw on the bottom that you would see if it were left facing. **Q: I can't get the back piece off anyone has a video on how to install?** A: Remove the Screw on the bottom and try to twist it around and lightly pull. Hope that come out **Q: Does this hold the big rolls of toliet paper without hitting the wall?** A: For the larger Costco brand toilet paper, it does hit the wall initially.
