Honda Genuine 08703-NH624PAH-A1 Premium White Pearl Touch-Up Paint Pen (.44 fl oz, Paint Code: NH624P)

I bought this paint for my 2025 Honda Pilot and, unfortunately, had to use it. I was hit by flying debris on the highway which scratched the lower part of one of my doors. The scratch went to the primer coat but did not reach metal. I was able to apply several layers of this paint over a period of several days to fill in the scratch and match the level of the original paint. I had to buff the touched up area after each coat of paint dried so the touch-up paint didn't form a bump which would be more noticeable than the scratch. The last coat applied and buffed was the clear coat. I am very pleased with the result. The scratch is unnoticeable unless you are looking for it and carefully examine the door. I definitely recommend this touch-up paint.

This paint pen does what I needed it to do. I had a small chip in the paint on my car. The white tip that shows in this photo is used to scrape away flaking paint or rust. I didn’t have that issue so I can’t say how it works. That tip can be removed by pulling on it and underneath is a very fine tip marker (I'm not sure how to describe it). After shaking the tube for 20-30 seconds to mix the paint, you can press on this tip and the paint comes out. I practiced on a piece of paper first. I’m glad I did as more paint came out than I had expected. When I used it on my car, I pressed lightly on the tip so a small amount of paint came out and then used the tip to spread the paint to the edges of the chip. The other end of the tube unscrews and a small paint brush is in it, already loaded with paint. It looks like the old Liquid Paper brushes. I didn’t use this as I didn’t need that much paint. The paint did a good job of covering the chip, although you can still see the outline of it if you know where to look. Definitely looks better than the black chip on my white car. The only issue I have is the price. $19 for a small tube of paint is pretty steep.

Covered the chips and scratches on my white2023 HR-V Honda. Applied sparingly with multi coats to get best coverage. I used a hairline artist brush to apply because I found the tip to be big and awkward for my small hand.

Exactly what I expected a car paint repair pen to do. The color description matched the one on our window sticker. I was a little scared when the base coat came out a lot brighter than the existing paint. But once it dried and I applied the top coat, it looked much closer match. If you're just trying to cover a small scratch, this is a reasonable option at a very reasonable price. If it's bigger than a nickel, you may need more professional approach.

I ordered this product in November to repair a small scratch on my new white pearl Honda Civic. I had purchased the same product in Red & Blue for my Honda CRV’s and it worked great. I ordered the White Pearl touchup paint & when I applied the product, discovered it was pure white, not white pearl. I rated this purchase poorly before & have written the seller asking for replacement with the appropriate product or a refund. Thus far, no response. As noted in my title, don’t purchase Online but go to the dealer. I thought Amazon stood behind their product handlers? So far, very disappointed.

So you want to get ride of a little scratch or chip? Think touch-up paint will make it perfect again? Get real! But, this does help for a quick glance and makes it take more time to see the blemish. Also, seems to provide a nice level of protection so a scratch won't rust. The pen applicator is a bit useless, as other reviewers mentioned. But the brush works fine and just be ready to wipe it off and try again if the first try doesn't suite you. Nothing is going to match the awesome finish on my car, but then again, I should have thought about that before I started driving it on the road where stuff flies up and is going to chip the finish. I'm fine with it, but it is really just a 3 star fix.

Very easy to use and matched decently well, the match is a lot better after the shiny coat, don’t give up before that!
