probably a large aquarium is best. rocks need large open environment and don’t keep two rocks in same home because their are very aggressive.

Is this a pure bred rock?

All Pet Rocks are purebreds. There is some evidence that they may have been formed a billion years ago but no one knows for sure. What we do know is that while they may have been formed in the dinosaur age they are much more friendly now and make really adorable pets.

What is the life span of the pet rock?

Mine is aging a lot more slowly than I am. It has a great patina, but has no more hair on top than I do.

What is the Pet Rock eating?

Pet Rocks try to eat healthy; organic fruits and vegetables and other good stuff. They do not eat Kale (ugg). They have an incredible weakness for M&M's so do not leave some laying around they will devour them. The photo shows them with their bedding that is a lot like hay, they do not eat this as they are not horses. Hope this is helpful, and remember, keep those M&M's under lock and key!
