Great phone, needing power adapter
Easy to setup using a webpage, it can be setup using the LCD display too. It does not come with a power supply, so you can either get an ethernet power supply adapter or a standard 5v 2000ma adapter. I went with the latter.

Well made quality SIP phone.
Excellent quality SIP phone, my new provider for broadband and VoIP (Andrews and Arnold) gave clear instructions and support for set up. As other reviewers mention, it didn't come with a power supply and so I bought the genuine Yealink power supply separately, direct from their website as not offered by any Amazon seller. As Yealink have an official Amazon store I don't understand why they don't sell the power supply either separate or as optional accessory. If purchasing one of these for home use, make sure your internet service provider can supply SIP set up instructions, as some routers seem to be configured for DECT phones only.

No Power Adapter in the box
Didn't arrive with a power supply which has had to be bought separately. If you don't have a PoE hub, you will need to purchase a power supply also which is not explained. Waiting for power adapter now to ensure product is working as it will not switch on.

No power adapter, useless.
Comes without a power adapter. What a waste of time. Why would somebody ever want a phone that takes a specific power cable for it not to be supplied? Is the idea now that I waste my time trying to find the appropriate power adapter, unsure if I’m going to get the right one? What a waste of time.

Works as described
Works as described and was able to centrally provision from a SIP service. As per the description, using PoE straight from our PoE compatible switch.

Great bit of kit with comprehensive options
Super bit of kit. I use with my Andrews & Arnold VOIP line and it works great. As some others have pointed out it doesn't come with a power supply so if you haven't got Power Over Ethernet it requires a 5V DC 600ma power supply. If you have a spare 1A USB plug you can obtain a USB to DC Power Jack (5.5mm X 2.1mm) for around £5 which works ideally. It should be emphasised that it needs a decent amount of knowledge in IP phone systems to setup so it won't be for everyone.

The phone did not come with a power adapter, which is listed in the content of the package!
