However, if your standard split system 200 Amp service fails, you have a lot bigger problems than fluctuating voltage converted by this power brick. The only way your question could be answered would be to test it in person. But you could only do that if you purposely dropped the source voltage by 20%. You could do that, but I think it would be a waste of time. You would need some type of voltage regulation equipment, and the test would take a lot of time to set up. You obviously shouldn't use the supplied female barrel jack unless you're pulling MAYBE 1Amp (if that?). Know what minimal wire AWG you need, where, and be mindful of power injection placement. Even consider inline fuses.
