Fits under a Voron 2.4 Electronic Bay.
Just what you need to run the SSR at full tilt on a Voron 2.4 printer using the standard Omron SSR. Just barely fits in the electronics bay. However the din rail mount is a bit loose, I used some leftover foam tape to make it tight. As an advisory, I'm not sure how important it is, but I sanded down the top layer of paint to make it conductive ensuring a good connection for the grounding wire. Probably not needed, but it made me feel a bit safer.

Fits well and dissipates the heat
Fit perfect on my 30A SSR. I am pulsing around10A through the SSR for my application, and the heat sink remains touchable reaching a little over 100F at the hottest point in 70F+ ambient conditions. It's physically a little chunky compared to the SSR, but it does the job and that is what matters.

Purchased heat sink for DC relay to dispute the heat loss. It bolts up just fine but I have t really powered up the relay yet.

Seems to work well for its purpose. I had to design a box with a cooling fan for my use case. It’s a relay for my 110v silicone heating pad for the bed of my 500x500mm 3D printer. It’s exactly what I needed and works well!
