First helmet I received arrived completely destroyed, I requested a replacement and another one was sent out and delivered to me within a week. The return process was easy, I'm happy with the replacement helmet since it came intact this time. This vendor is A-OK in my book so far, I’m currently working on customizing the helmet to look more “Book of Boba Fett” accurate. Thanks for rectifying the damaged product, im now happy with it!

I bought this for some spicy RP that my wife wanted. It's good, but she was slightly disappointed that the visor was clear, so we had to apply tint film to it for the proper look. Additionally, it has no real way to attach it to your head, and it's very thin and lightweight. For us and for the price that's completely fine, wife still had enough fun it was worth the money, but if you're planning on a more believable costume you should plan for those issues. On top of the tint for the visor, I would strongly recommend adding a chin strap and a little bondo to the inside for some mass if you want this for cosplay, it'll help it move more realistocally.

My helmet came missing the viewfinder as seen in the picture. I was given a partial refund and was happy with the result. It was still a disappointment as it's a pretty big part of the Boba Fett look. For my specific needs however the solution worked. Otherwise the helmet is very good quality. I will note the face shield is not dark tinted as shown. It is clear.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. The Helmet is a Disney authorized item and is a great replica. Possibly not Studio quality for hardcore re-enactors, but more than acceptable for cosplay and display. My only observation for criticism is the visor area tint is not as dark when wearing the helmet and the wearers face is visible. I suggest (but haven't tried yet) purchase some auto tint and try that to darken the visor section. Otherwise bang for buck great item.

Beautiful product. Seems to have a durable plastic. Would recommend it. One thing to note... I bought one of these, and it was broken. The OEM box was untouched, like brand new, but the mask itself had glue everywhere and it was broken anyway. The replacement unit had no visible glue, everything was in place. So, inspect yours when it arrives!!!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son and it's not what was expected per the photos. The plastic viewing piece is completely see thru and not tinted like it shows in the photos and on the box. We ended up buying car window tint for another $20 and that was a quick fix but we can't seem to get the air bubbles out. Moral of this story.... pay a little extra for a better quality piece, especially if you plan to wear it to a convention or other event. I would've returned this if it wasn't for the fact that it was purchased so long ago and left sitting under the Christmas tree for over a month. I regret not unboxing it before wrapping. Horrible buy.

Yes. By filling in the dent with Bondo putty and new paint, this is approvable. Not only does it cost a fraction of the price of a resin helmet, it weighs only a fraction. No sanding. No difficult fitting of the T visor. Fill in. Paint. Automotive tint on the visor and you are ready to rock. I have not needed to make any changes to the interior of the helmet for comfort either. The sponge ring works just fine and keeps the weight down. I have purchased four and am very happy with the product.
