I tried to contact Elite Medical Instruments by the website and I was unable to. Does EMI actually exist? Why is a plastic wheel so expensive? It is just two round pieces of plastic fastened in the middle. It is NOT battery powered.

Inaccurate
When working with individuals with eating disorders, it’s important to assess biometric data accurately. I thought this tool would be a cool resource. Unfortunately, the numbers are off and over calculate BMI by ~1KG/m^2. I like the concept but will return this product.
