A: I do not know the exact lenght but I thought it short would have needed a extention cord to use it so got my son to fit a long lead on to it.

A: Hot enough to iron jeans, don't know temp in degrees.

**Q: does this iron self clean?**
A: The self clean position, gently move the iron back and forth until the water tank is empty. steam switch back to the 'O' position. fully cool down. 13 Wipe the soleplate (8) with a cold, damp cloth.
