It's just 2 metal rods and the plastic end pieces that are already on the ends with Allen screws, and the hardware packet with a couple of Allen wrenches. **Q: These racks are very noisy. Sounds like a wind tunnel. Is there anyway to make it go away?** A: There are several reasons for wind noise. One is that the direction of the crossbar is reversed. Please pay attention to the "L" and "R" marked on the bracket. Second, there may be gaps in the part connected to the roof side rail. **Q: Weight capacity for these racks??** A: Load capacity 150 lbs when load is evenly distributed. **Q: What are the dimensions of the bars themselves?** A: They will a Ford Ecosport, but they make a terrible noise.
