Is this a 1 or a 2 pack?

It should be a 2 pack, which is how I’ve always ordered it but when I received mine it was just one. ( the price of $26.00 , for only one, is totally absurd) who thinks it is ‘ok’ to charge close to $30.00( after taxes) for a 6 oz plastic container of baby powder that you can get at a drugstore? ! This used to be called, ‘highway robbery’. I’m not going to order this in the future from this 3rd party seller , it’s not an ethical business practice if they are charging this amount.
