Zero complaints, very good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value and quality speed rope *by A***R on 11 June 2021* This speed rope is excellent, it's great value for money and its top quality as well. The handles are made from aluminium and feel great in the hand, I've got a plastic handled speed rope but much prefer these. The handles have a light knurling on them as well which prevents slipping. The bearings are nice and smooth, I had no catching or dragging during use, I was able to do double unders really easily. The cable was easy to adjust, just loosen the screw and tighten where you need to, it held in place with no slipping at all. The quality of the cable also seems good but as with other ropes will degrade on concrete. So either get a protector or use on a softer floor.
