The oil pressure was too low causing the Variable Valve Timing not to work properly. This set a check engine light and Stabilitrac warning message on the dash. I chose this Melling oil pump because I've had nothing but success using their oil pumps and this time was no different. I had 6 Psi oil pressure at idle before I changed the pump. When I removed the original oil pump, it was clear the O-ring for the pickup tube was bad. I installed the O-ring that came with the new oil pump and installed the Melling pump. When I started the car, I had 65 Psi oil pressure when cold. After warming up, the pressure was 22 Psi at idle. You will see the quality of the Melling pump as soon as you take it out of the box.
