Love ❤️ The price or leave it. This unit is a keeper
The scent is what makes this room defuser a desirable unit. Although the unit seems over priced and the replacement scent cartridges, the unit should last you for a very long time and time will tell it’s durability. All that being said, my wife loves ❤️ This unit and that’s why I spend so much money for it.

A candle produces more fragrance
Unfortunately this product fell short of my expectations. I have the Westin scent machine with the large cartridge. That works amazing! This however I have on the highest setting and still can’t smell the scent. It’s also very noisy when it turns on to scent the room. Sadly, Sending back!

Smells fantastic with a little large, but seems to be working pretty good. Not sure how long it’s going to last but so far so good.

I feel like I am walking into the Westin Every time I walk in the door!
Love this - scent is great - if a tad pricey. Machine is larger than i'd like and I wish could also run on rechargeable battery. I didnt expect noise - but its not bad and now we dont hear it. Overall - super happy with purchase and it takes us back to vacation every time we walk in the door!

This product is very high quality. We get many compliments on how nice our home smells.Due to the price tag on the refills, we've been keeping the output setting on low, around a 2 or 3. It keeps the house smelling wonderful.We'd like to be able to run the output a little higher, but we don't want to break the bank by having to purchase them more often. We're happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this to anyone.Update: The diffuser quit working October 15th. Didn't even last 4 months . Trying to resolve issue with the manufacturer.

Scent is perfect but doesn't last
Scent is 5 star but it doesn't last and overall needs to be replaced every 3 weeks if you actually want your home to smell like this

Not worth the expense.
Bought this and it’s going back! It’s noisy and the cartridge is supposed to last 300 hours? No way! I plugged it in on Saturday and today is Monday night. I wondered why I wasn’t smelling anything. The cartridge was empty and I only had it on the 3 dots volume which is near the off position.Plus it only smells in the immediate vicinity, not throughout the whole room.I also bought an expensive bottle of Westin scent thinking I could refill the cartridge…nope! That’s going back as well. So disappointing.
