Pro Breeze 16-Inch Pedestal Fan with Remote Control and LED Display

This fan is absolutely brilliant! Its a must have if you require a fan that actually does what it's supposed to do and keep you cool. I bought this fan to replace another remote control fan that I recently purchased from Amazon that was useless and wouldn't blow a piece of paper let alone keep me cool, but this ProBreeze remote control fan is an absolute game changer. It has 3 speeds, 3 different wind modes and even an extra quiet mode and it will even oscillate from side to side at the touch of a button. It looks good, it's not very loud even on its most powerful setting, it's fairly easy to put together, the remote control looks very stylish and functional, what more is there to say? It's definitely worth every penny of the price and really is a game changer. For someone like me who is severely disabled and bedbound the ease of being able to turn it to where I want it by the remote control is a real must have for me as not all remote fans have this feature! This really is a brilliant fan, I'm now going to buy another one to replace the rubbish one I originally bought so then I will definitely be nice and cool during the summer heatwaves.

This is the second Pro Breeze fan that I’ve purchased. The first, was called a Challenge fan, I purchased 7 years ago and is still in perfect working order to this day! It’s the exact same fan as the Pro Breeze fan, the remote controls even work on both fans. So I wanted a floor standing fan for the bedroom, and I knew the fan had to be the same fan as the Challenge fan. This Pro Breeze fan is identical in every aspect to the Challenge fan. The fan has 3 good speed levels, and a quite fan speed mode for when you want to sleep. Even on speed 1 setting, I can fall asleep without interference from the fan noise. But quite mode just makes it a little more, well quite. The remote control is a must for me. As I have a back disability so getting up and down off the sofa to change speeds etc is a problem. The remote works perfectly, with the choice to change the speed setting, oscillate the fan, turn the fan on and off, turn on quite mode and a button to mimic real wind speeds, so the fan goes from speed settings 2-1-3-1-3-2 etc. These fans are built very well, good quality parts and the last a long time! Plastic fan blades are more quiet than metal blades, so this is good to have plastic blades. Of course you are going to hear some sound when the fan blades are cutting through the air but that’s normal for every single fan. Its certainly not a noisy fan! I’m sure this fan will last as long as my 7 year old fan that is still working perfectly. Its well worth the higher price than a cheap fan that will stop working after 2 years! So you’ll have to buy another!

The fan is really nice and sturdy. It was very easy to put together without any issues. Functions are great and with the varying speeds, it makes for sleeping with it on comfortable. Only issue i had is that i use a smart plug to turn the fan on/off (I.e, "Alexa, turn the fan on/off") and with the old fan, the buttons were mechanical so turning it on/off at the plug would resume action but this is more of a digital fan so when turning the fan on via the smart plug, the fan doesn't actually turn on as intended. Maybe on the next version, they can integrate it into some smart tech.

Arrived quickly good price , really nice and powerful fan

Quick and easy to put together with just a screw driver needed. The base has a good amount of weight, so it won’t be going over without a good amount of force (To heavy for a young child or dog to knock over). The fan has good speed and kicks out a decent amount puff. The power saving mode stops the motor every 10 seconds or so and let’s the fan blades “free wheel” for a few seconds before re-engaging and topping up the blade speed. Does it work and save money? Or just put extra wear and tear on the motor? Who knows? It makes me feel like I’m saving a little money if nothing else. The quiet mode isn’t that quiet. During in the day it’s decent enough but at night time the constant hun is noticeable but not that bad. Your wife’s snoring will drown it out anyway. All in all a great fan, my only real gripe is that for the price they could have thrown in a set of batteries for the remote control. Highly recommended.

I previously purchased a similar model of this fan and it was excellent - lasting over 10 years with constant summer use. Therefore it was a no brainer when choosing a new one to buy this make again. Just as good as the first one, with all the usual variety of settings, but with the additional feature of a silent mode now. A really powerful fan and not noisy like many cheaper ones. I equally like the fact it looks more stylish in my room too and matches my darker furniture.

Best fan I have ever bought……. It’s quieter then I was expecting and the remote I feel spoilt with it kicks out more cool air then we was expecting as well Definitely will buy another. 10/10

95% of it is really well made. It looks more expensive than it is. It feels pretty solid and looks great in black. Building it is quite simple, until you have to put the plastic ring around to join both meshes. It's a really really poor design and looks and feels cheap and nasty. As for It's intended purpose. The sleep mode setting is basically the same as the 1st speed setting. It's hardly silent. I bought mine in August 2023, used it for a couple of months and it's sat around unused until now (May 2024), and it's making loud noises coming from the motor. So now I've got to return it for a refund. A total waste of time and money.
