Does anyone know the drill bit size for the fitting, so I can drill the hole and get it ready?

The fitting comes separate in the box, its not attached to the vacuum line. Vacuum line is 1/8". If your drilling through firewall, get a 1/4" grommet, drill 1/4" hole, press grommet into hole, run vacuum line through grommet. The fitting comes with a sleeve that slides over the hose then fitting goes over sleeve, then tighten fitting to vacuum input on back of gauge. Once you get the gauge, the instructions are pretty straight forward as far as installation goes. Hope this helps. Good luck on your install!

Will the fittings supplied, thread into one of the 2 plugged holes in the top of the intake plenum of a GM '93 6.5 turbo diesel

1.	The  Bosch SP0F000050 Style Line Mechanical Boost Gauge Kit includes (1) adapter to connect the Kit’s nylon tubing to a 1/8 NPT hole, and (1) adapter to convert a 1/4 NPT hole to a female 1/8 NPT thread.  If larger sizes of NPT pipe thread adapters are required they can be obtained at an auto parts or home improvement store.2.	If the holes in the plenum have metric threads, Bosch offers the SP0F000009 Metric Adapter Kit.  This Kit has adapters to convert M10, M12, M14, and M16 metric threaded holes to a female 1/8 NPT thread, to fit the adapter in the SP0F000050 Boost Gauge Kit.

Comes with just a regular colored bulb. White with a slight yellow hue. Careful with the vacumm tubing it comes with. It's kinda brittle.
