It really is just a coin purse. I thought I'd be able to keep credit cards and IDs in it, but it's not wide enough. You can easily fit 8 credit/id cards inside with no problem. Then you could still add some folded bills and a few coins. The problem for me is that I have about 1.5 inches of credit/id/appt cards that I needed it to hold. I guess I should have looked more closely at the dimensions. So this is entirely my fault. As for quality, it has good stitching all around, and what feels like a sturdy zipper. It appears to be real leather as stated. It smells real and has suede on the inside. It is not cloth lined at all.
