For 70 years, an entirely Italian story has been told. Each step leading to the final production of the cured meats retraces the best techniques of the past. Taleggio DOP Taleggio DOP is a typical Italian cheese that can be produced and ripened exclusively in Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto, using only Italian cow’s milk from those regions, according to the rules of the Consortium. It has a good digestibility and is rich in minerals, proteins, as well as being very energetic. Its rind is edible as it is made exclusively with salt and water. Cook them in a pan for 2 minutes with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Fill the sandwich with the taleggio cheese and put it in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
