Can these stick to the inside window, be easily removed and then reapplied?

The adhesion is only on the back of the l plates so would not stick inside. The glue does seem very strong and in my opinion could not be removed and replaced again

No, it sticks on once and leaves a horrible mark on car when taken off. Have tried everything and my car is ruined. I wouldn’t recommend. For 2nd child I got L plates with suckers, much better
