Does this contain added sugar?

No added sugar — ever. All sweetness comes from real fruit. Most pouches have about the same or less natural sugar than a medium apple or banana, plus fiber and protein to help balance it out and support steadier energy.

Can this replace a meal or is it just a snack?

These are primarily nutrient-dense snacks, not full meal replacements. That said, our higher-calorie smoothies with nut-butters are more satiating and work well when you need something more substantial.
