I was excited to finally find a storage container that was 48 in long. But when it arrived, there was no lid! I guess I should have noticed that in the description, but I have never seen a storage container sold without a lid. It is also quite heavy. On the up side, it is extremely sturdy, and I really like the straight wall design. It must be used indoors, as it has no drain holes for rain. I tried to think of a use for it, but came up short and it is going back.

Although its very sturdy and well-made, I am disappointed that it doesn't come with a lid. I can't use it for the purpose I bought it for because of no lid, but I suppose I can find another use for it. Problem is, now I have to buy something else for the original storage item.

Measuring from outside edge to outside edge, the product is 1/2 an inch smaller (47.5" by 14.5") in length and width than described. If you measure the usable dimensions from inside edge to inside edge you have 45.5"L by 13.25"W. The quality of the product was good and I would have no problem using if it were larger.

Good sturdy unit and LONG enough for what I needed. I just wish that lids were available for these.

You've got to be kidding me.....I mean, really, I can see selling a storage box separately from the lid, but to not even have a lid available? Ridiculous! Come on Buckhorn, get it together. This was a $40 lesson to make sure I search all the parts before buying any.

I bought this wall storage to use as a litter box for my two cats. So far, it is working out great and with the taller sides, there is less litter or accidents outside the box.
