Couldn’t sync it to my camera
After many attempts going online, taking a look at their instructions going on YouTube nothing helped. I could not sync this bracelet into my camera so disappointing so I had to return it. And FYI, I’m quite knowledgeable when it comes to technology.

I bought this remote to pair with my sp360 4k cam as a replacement to the old remote which I thought was not working. The new one paired once with both the cameras and thats it; It did not pair with either of my cameras anymore!! Very Disappointed. I tried all ways and tried hours to figure this out, but no luck still. Both the coin cells have enough juice in them and they are new. I found similar reviews while searching through google.

Battery cover was impossible to get open
The battery cover has a slot that requires a coin to twist into the unlock position. However, despite numerous attempts with several different coins, I was unable to get the battery cover to budge. This should not be this difficult!

J'ai activé en mode Multi-canal N°1 deux cam SP360-4K et ils fonctionnent de concert parfaitement commandés à une distance d'environ 20m. Le signal en intérieur passe au travers des murs et des portes.
