A: The legs are slightly angled at 5 degrees.

A: I have hip and back pain and I’m good for an hour.. probably wouldn’t push it more thanthat

**Q: Is this suitable for kneeling in prayer, or just for low sitting?**
A: It is perfect for kneeling. You can fold your legs underneath the bench and sit up with a straight back. I use it for longer meditations and it's very comfortable.

The sitting wooden panel cracked. Not caused by the shipping, I believe it's the build. I guess they need a better QC in their production. Overall, not a good experience. The hinges are looking solid though. The weight is heavy too!
