TOMS Classics Glitter

They look authentic but they fell apart so fast. My other toms lasted years and these barely held up a season

I am still breaking in my Toms black glitters. I ordered size 6.5 just like my corduroy and canvas Toms. However, if I had it to do over again, I'd probably choose to order a half size up in the glitter Toms just to avoid the breaking-in stage as these do not seem to stretch quite as much, or as easily. Or it just takes more time. Still tight in the toe area. I give them 4 stars because after all, they are Toms, and quite comfy. I know they will be super comfortable after they stretch a bit, I just wish they didn't have to. It's hard to decide what to order. I would not order a half size up in canvas because they would end up too big, but I think if you are unsure, a half size up would be fine to order in the glitter and you could save yourself the hassle of a breaking-in stage.

I gave this 4 stars, because while they are really cute, the material they are made out of is really stiff compared to classic TOMS. I do wear the footie socks with them, but it's still leaves your feet a little cold feeling.Other reviewers have stated that these run small, so I ordered up a size. Huge mistake. They were way too large. I'm generally a 9, and I've only purchased one other pair of TOMS that I have in a size 8.5. I ordered a half size down (again at the recommendation of others) and they have always been a bit snug. Per reviews for the glitter TOMS, I thought it would be a good idea to go an entire size up. Not only were they big, they flopped off of my foot like a flip-flop. There's no way I can wear these shoes, so they had to be returned.

At first I was not at all impressed by these shoes( I wasn't crazy about the style and how cheaply mde they seemed), but They quickly got on my good side! I love first of all that they help a good cause, how cool is it that someone gets a pair if I buy a pair?! I first heard about TOMS when my sis bought a pair. I would call them her aladdin shoes because thats what they reminded me of. But the more she wore them the more I liked them.They seemed to go with almost anything. Then I found out that they give a pair to someone needy everytime a pair is bought. So I just had to have a pair and ordered me the black glitters! I simply love them! I always wear an 8 so thats what I got and they are great. They do require breaking in because they are really snug across the top of my foot. But other than that I LOVE them! I can't wait to get more colors.

These are my first pair of TOMS. They are so cute! I love the glitter, it really makes them stand out. They fit well, I would say true to size. I wear between size 9 - 10, but whenever I am unsure, I always go for the larger size (a 10 in this case). This one worked out perfectly. I do have a very low instep (I am flat footed), and it is a little tight on my right foot at the top, but after wearing them for a short time, it already begun to stretch out a bit. I've heard that these shoes do stretch out, but I was worried that a 9.5 wouldn't be comfortable from the beginning. These may stretch out to be a little larger, but that's okay with me!

Spending all day on my feet at work and having pain issues and foot problems, this was the only pair I could comfortably wear. They look attractive and though casual, can still be used in a business casual setting. My one complaint is that they are not very breathable. I could wear them a couple hours before they got incredibly hot to my feet, but other than that, I could wear them all day.

I first tried these shoes a couple years ago when I foolishly only packed flip flops on a trip to boston and my feet were killing me after walking around the first day. My friend let me borrow these shoes. I had never heard of TOMS before that day, but my feet felt wonderful during the remainder of my visit (and we did A LOT of walking), so between that and the idea behind TOMS shoes I was sold. I have another pair of TOMS that are canvas and really stretched after my first wear, so for canvas TOMS I would suggest sizing down but these don't stretch as much and are more true to size.

When I bought my toms, I read all the reviews of this product and decided to by 1 172 size more, because all the reviews said that this glitter run small. For my surprise they only run an half size small. I usually wear 9, and bought 10 instead of 9.5. At the end I love my TOMS and put them an insole to reduce the size. :)

Although these glitter Toms look good, I would recommend you buy a bigger size than normal, as the come up rather tight.
