My teeth were noticeably whiter after just one use, and with absolutely no sensitivity. I took off a star because it was a bit hard to get them to stick to my teeth, despite wiping them first, but I would buy them again.

Lumineux whitening strips do work!! You need to follow the protocol to have the treatment last. And I'm sometimes in a hurry. But, I read 15 minutes is even ok for a quick touch up. That's a very good touch up. I know I get better results if I make the strip go into my cracks and crevices on some of my crooked teeth. My family had 5 children. My mom took us to the dentist but actually braces back then were for the affluent people. I am old now and thank goodness I've never had a cavity. Neither did 2 of my brothers. But a sister and another brother had cavities and problems with their teeth. My sister got married and didn't need braces but her teeth due to genetics turned yellow with age. She used Zoom because she could afford it, and it looked nice, but it didn't last. Nothing can last forever. But, using this product, even though, if you stop, it won't last either, will make you (and don't worry about other people seeing your teeth) very happy! Because you look in the mirror at yourself maybe 100 times a day and seeing your white teeth is a feeling that boosts self-confidence, thus self-esteem, and your mood will be more positive, true, and you'll feel more outgoing. There are actually too many, attributes to list. But this important point, no doubt, has made its mark. The most important point is how you see yourself and more importantly, feel about yourself. White teeth is only a " fix it" solution. Inside your head you need all of these affirmations about yourself. You need to start at beating depression down. Even if it is mild, this kind of depression, the kind inside your head that looks for all your faults, and you look at all of them excessively. Bad "self talk" will ruin so much of the good talk that you can't stand up to it and take charge of all your good God given traits that will move you forward in improving your self-esteem. I found that to help my self-esteem was to say "Yes, my teeth are crooked and yellow. I'm embarrassed by how I look. It really makes me feel bad!" So, being much older gives me wisdom on how best to strengthen my self-esteem concerning my teeth, and do something about it. Money plays a part here, too. Therefore, I saw the commercial on TV and looked it up. And I read about it. Then I bought the kit. Money was no problem for this. There can be hundreds of products out there that claim the same things. I received my package and immediately used it. Haha. It did work!! I was very impressed!! Lumineux DOES work!! Once, I was in a hurry and in as little as 15 minutes I was stunned to see actually whiter teeth. Man, next time I used it close to 30 minutes and was thrilled at white teeth! Once I just did the top teeth very quickly. And later I used the left over bottom strip on my top teeth. I made that thing fit and work. And it did. I don't want to waste anything. If I forget or can't use it as I like, I know I can catch up. What I want is to have very white teeth when I'm talking or smiling or laughing. And I know I can achieve that with my whitening strips. I wish I could afford the clear braces. But, they cost at the start, at least $5,000.00. I wish I could afford that. But, I know I would be on a payment plan for the rest of my life. (I'm exaggerating.) Yet, if my teeth look good and white I'll be happy. I have to decide on financial priorities; and, it will be my Lumineux white strips that take the top of the list. It's better to have the white teeth (albeit some bottom teeth are crooked) than to have yellowish teeth. And yes, to never have had a cavity up to age 60 is good, but nobody looks inside my mouth for dental work unless it's the hygienist or dentist. Yes, and that's a plus for me healthwise. However, and I stress this; Having Lumineux Whitening Strips make my teeth whiter is going to win, for me, every time. And that's even if I wore clear braces. Braces DO NOT whiten teeth. So, I've already bought another box of my whitening strips. I don't want to take pictures of my teeth or give my name. I'm telling the truth. And It has to be on trust that what I'm saying IS the truth. And I'm happy about this. Now wouldn't it be wonderful if they made good, Clear Braces infused with Lumineux whitening?? And while you wear them for the duration, your teeth become straight and white together in a happy relationship!! How wonderful. Someone will think of that someday and bring the cost of those braces way down. And a scientist will find a way to infuse Lumineux into the clear braces. So, I am hoping people all ages buy Lumineux to try and boost their self-confidence and be happier than before. I am happier about these ridiculous teeth than ever before just due to Lumineux. I bought these after hearing multiple social media influencers rave about them for months. Finally caved! I subscribed to these strips because it was cheaper. But I was a little lazy lol and didn’t even start trying them out until after I already had FOUR BOXES of them…ok so I was super lazy. I just don’t love the experience of using white strips so I put it off. But after I had 4 boxes I figured I better start using them. I was so certain they’d be great because these influencers rave so much! But there’s so much they don’t tell you. I have only used these, and different types of the Crest white strips in the past, so I only have the Crest to compare them to. First, sensitivity: this is the one area that I would say is purely a pro. These don’t make my teeth cold sensitive at all after use. If your teeth have a really hard time maaaaybe it would be worth all the cons to use these. Whitening: my teeth are getting whiter, 3 boxes in. It’s taking much much longer than the crest white strips took. I always brush my teeth before applying the strips and wear them for 30 min as directed - I use a timer. So I’m using them correctly but the whitening effect is sooooo slow. Not impressed at all. My teeth would get to a nice white after less than 1 box of crest strips. I’ve used 3 boxes of these already and still my teeth are not as white as they should be (and they weren’t horribly stained to begin with). Application: it’s weird I even have to mention this! With the crest strips you just put them on. With these, you dab your teeth super dry, carefully position them, try to put them on, but they flop and slide around, so you have to try to glue them down with pressure but be careful or they’ll slide…it’s annoying. They’re needlessly difficult to get to stick to your teeth. Plus - often during the whitening process the corners will come loose and be annoying sticking out and poking your tongue. The WORST PART: when you take them off. I was expecting a little residue because the strips I’ve used in the past left a little residue. With these basically all the gel stays behind stuck stubbornly on your teeth. Don’t spit in the sink - you will spit out chunks of gel and it feels so disgusting it’s nauseating. The gel thickly coats every tooth and if you have any crooked teeth it will be worse. What I do is use my wet toothbrush (which I don’t like doing since you’re not supposed to get your mouth wet after these strips but nothing else works) to scrub the gel off my teeth. I have to rinse my toothbrush several times because it gets totally gunked up with gel. Then I spit the remaining bits of gel out. It is extremely unpleasant. The first few strips I used, I thought something was wrong with my box but lucky for me I had other boxes, and none of them were old. but just in case, I tried the newest box. No, they’re all like this. All of the strips leave such a thick layer of goo on your teeth I can’t even imagine why the influencers rave over this product. To me, this is something you should use as a last resort lol if you can’t use anything else, ok try this. If you can handle sensitivity or have money for other means of whitening, avoid these!!!! They are so disgusting. I can’t believe people recommend them without even mentioning the mess of goo at the end and the slowwww whitening! These are so not worth the price. I still have some strips to use up, they were too expensive to throw away, but man do I regret buying them. Yuck!

These whitening strips are gentle, non-irritating, and don’t cause the sensitivity I usually get with other whitening products. The strips stay in place really well and are super easy to apply — no sliding around or weird taste. I started noticing a brighter, cleaner look after just a few uses, and the results continued to improve. I also appreciate that the ingredients feel clean and safe, which makes me comfortable using them regularly. For effectiveness, comfort, and overall quality, these whitening strips are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Worked nice! Didn't make my teeth feel sensitive. I'd definitely use these again

Please forgive the flax seed between my teeth in the before picture. Pictures were taken four days apart, in the same window. Both were taken in the morning. Not sure of the timing though. I'm honestly on the fence about these strips. Let's look at the pro's and the con's, in my humble opinion: Pro's: * They are easy to peel and place on teeth ... well the top teeth at least. * They do whiten. Is it noticeable enough? Read further. Con's: * They could not be more uncomfortable! The strip will stick to the front of the teeth but the left over that folds behind the teeth does not stay in place! There's no talking with these things on. Heck ... I was afraid to even open my mouth! Everything about these just felt unstable in my mouth! * Had a heck of a time getting the strips to stay in place on my bottom teeth. Saliva is a problem when trying to get these things to stick and stay in place. * There is a taste. That is unavoidable but if we're talking about pro's and con's, I have to mention it. Is it a bad taste? Not really. It's just a bit sticky, gooey and yucky. * The instructions say to use these for 4 days in a row and then once a week after (although ... I could not find those instructions on the box or the packages of strips inside the box. I finally found the instructions here on the Amazon page.) Not a fan of that idea. I suppose once you get past the first week, it's all about maintenance no matter what kind of whitening product I use. Let's not forget I'm 62 years of age. My teeth are not young teeth. I love my morning coffee. I do brush and floss daily. I'm no longer a wine drinker. I have used whitening applications I got from the dentist with a formed mouth piece, which I really do prefer over strips however, daily application until achieved whiteness is still the protocol, like it or not. My teeth are a little whiter so that is a win however, I will probably try to find another product I can use in my mouth piece for future whitening. Just really did not enjoy using these strips.
