Bought this trying to find a vegan and cruelty-free dupe for Tatcha's rice wash to save some money. I'm very happy! It's not an exact duplicate by any means; it's definitely less foamy and less scrubby (Tatcha's feels like it has more small rice particles and these feel bigger) but I do feel this cleans really well and is less than half of the cost.My face feels very soft and clean after, and I feel like the texture and moisture of my skin has improved. Very mild neutral scent and I really appreciate that this brand is cruelty-free and vegan! If you're wearing a lot of eye-makeup or heavy foundation, I'd suggest double cleansing by using an oil cleanser first, then this one.

Favorite inexpensive facial Cleanser! I have oily skin and it makes my skin feel super clean without leaving it dried out! Will forever repurchase!

I bought this as a dupe to the tatcha rice cleanser. I like the quality of the product, but wish the exfoliation was a little better. This product cleanses well and doesn’t have a bad smell. My skins feels clean and hydrated after each use.

This was my first time trying this cleanser and I was impressed. It felt gentle and made my skin feel clean, but not stripped or tight. I will purchase again and highly recommend!

If you’re here because someone told you this was an amazing dupe for tatcha the rice wash skin softening cleanser, they lied to you. They lied to me.This is just a nice, ok priced, cream cleanser. It’s not particularly oil-stripping, but it isn’t particularly moisturizing, even with double cleansing. It smells like soap to me. There are occasional small abrasive particles, probably the rice, that aren’t consistent enough to be a dedicated exfoliant. It has not irritated my incredibly sensitive combination skin, even my eye area.If you just want a nice cream cleanser, this is fine. If your heart is set on tatcha but you can’t swallow the cost, save your money, this ain’t it.

This cleanser with fermented rice gives such a polished look to my skin. I am 72 and it is not drying. I makes my skin very soft. I will reorder.
