I don't do a lot of reviews but this product is worth mentioning. My supply was not horrible but it needed a boost and this supplement worked almost instantly. It's only day two, and my milk production has already increased. It's definitely worth trying if you are struggling with your supply! UPDATED REVIEW: While this worked very well for me very quickly, it seems to be affecting my baby in a bad way with increased gassiness and even a loss of appetite because of being uncomfortable with her tummy. I plan to cut back the amount I take and see if that works for us.

Unlike some supplements that give you a sudden boost but come with side effects, this one feels steady and natural — after a few days of consistent use, I genuinely noticed that my supply felt more reliable, especially on days when I was worried about output. What I love most about this formula is that it’s fenugreek-free. I’ve tried fenugreek supplements before and honestly didn’t love how strong they made things smell — this one skips that and still feels effective. Instead, it uses certified organic ingredients like moringa, alfalfa, and goat’s rue, and they seem to blend together well without upsetting my stomach or making me feel uncomfortable.

I was only able to produce about 2 oz per pump and I started using this. While it did increase my supply to about 4 oz per pump (double woohoo!) in a matter of 2 days it also caused my son and myself terrible gas. The level of discomfort it caused for my son made it not worth continuing for me. I gave the product 4 stars because it did in fact increase my supply but unfortunately the side effects were just not worth it for us. The taste was kind of grassy but bearable and they were easy to swallow. The price of the bottle is pretty expensive if you want to use it for an extended period of time. The bottle only has a 10 day supply if taken as directed.

I feel amazed on how fast this lactation supplement increases my milk supply, I’m super happy I normaly pump every time my baby eat that is usually every 2 hours and I get around 4-5oz each time and after taking the supplement I am getting 8-11oz I highly recommend it. I took 3oz out of the bottle to feed baby 😊

Hi everyone I am 8 months postpartum and struggling with milk supply. I have try different products but nothing seems working! Finally I heard about this product and give it a try. I read most people saw results in their milk production within 2 days of taking, what a miracle! This is my 4 day and still not seeing results… what am I doing wrong? Besides I pump I do breastfeed my son. I will update my review as soon as I see results and how long it took. Just and updated I did not see any change or increase in my milk supply. I really wanted to love this, especially since it’s fenugreek-free and organic, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. I took the full dosage (6 capsules a day) for two weeks and saw zero increase in my supply. If anything, I felt like my output actually dipped slightly. Worse than the lack of results was the stomach cramping. It made both me and my baby incredibly gassy and fussy. I know every body is different, but for the high price point, I expected at least some improvement. It was a lot of pills to swallow every day for a very disappointing result. I'll be looking for a different blend that is gentler on the stomach. Why this is a common 2-star experience: • No Supply Change: Lactation supplements work differently for every body; some moms see a huge jump while others see none. • Digestive Upset: While it lacks fenugreek, ingredients like Alfalfa or Goat's Rue can still cause gas or bloating in sensitive moms and babies. • Price vs. Value: Since one bottle only lasts about 10 days at the maximum dose, users are often frustrated if they don't see results within that first week.

This decreased my supply, won’t recommend this to anyone. Herbal products should not have adverse effects if not helping.

Disminuyó de 6oz a 1-2oz por sesión al segundo dia de probarlo!!! Ahora solo consigo 5 o 6 oz en total de tooodo el dia! Terrible! :( Le pongo una estrella por que no lo puedo puedo dejar en blanco!
