you’re all wrong drink the drink on an empty stomach 4.5 hours before your test. take about 20 minutes to finish it all. after that, over the course of the next hour, you literally need to drink AT LEAST half a gallon of water at a steady pace within the next hour. after this you need to keep drinking water and pee as much as possible start this process 4.5 hours before your test this process has worked for me over 16 times.

This is what I did for the tests I did pass. About 4 hours before test you start your “cleanse.” The cleanse is just water and vitamin B. Drink like 24-32 oz of water to start. Then every 15 min drink 8-12 oz of water. Pee, then pee and pee. You want to be peeing straight water by the time the test comes. You’ll know you’re good when you’re pee is clear. Keep drinking and peeing. An hour before test take vitamin B (I think B12) to make urine yellow. It’s a funky yellow but at least it isn’t clear drawing red flags. Oh I almost forgot, 4 days before test start taking creatine. Advanced tests look for creatinine levels (the byproduct of creatine) if you’re peeing water then your levels will be low, that’s why you start creatine 4 days before. Good luck.

50/50 based off what I know. considering it pass through your body more quickly then other substances. Drink 1/3 before bed and drink the 2/3 after waking and keep drinking water all day.
