I'm new at fishing. I just wanted a sturdy, medium sized "backpack" to carry my fishing gear and fishing pole. This bag does all of that! I did not want to carry anything in my hand! I wanted a medium sized sling bag where i wouldn't be tempted to pack a ton of gear. This is a high quality bag. Strong stitching that won't unravel during the first few uses. Lots of pockets, strong zippers, versatility, comfortable shoulder strap. Also worth the money. I found all of that and more in this KastKing Blowbak tactile sling bag. I just twist my bag around to my front if I need to grab anything. Everything is within arms reach. I dont have to set anything down to look for something I need rite there at that moment. My slim organizers storing my tackles, hooks and etc fit comfortably inside of this bag. This sling bag is PERFECT. The tough jean like material is sturdy. The stitches are strong and will hold up through wear and tear. This tactical sling bag is not big. Its bigger than a small bookbag type purse, but smaller than a medium bookbag. If you just want to hit the lake up and catch a few fish for dinner or just go fishing without it being a big production and having to bring a lot of gear. This is the perfect bag for you. As a pond fisherman, this is perfect for me. It has 4 pockets of various sizes, the biggest will hold plastic boxes, the medium size is perfect for soft plastics. It has a place for pliers and a mesh to attach wharever. It is sturdy with an adjustable strap. Just what I was looking for at the right ptice.

Wonderful bag, enough room for essentials.

Little small but works perfectly well for what I needed

Great tackle bag for fishing. The small size still fits a lot. Love the side compartment that are versatile enough to hold just about any type of rod and reel, with a sheath that can be used with or without its bottom and an adjustable clip strap. Size is a little large for my 11yo (slides around too much with the carry strap adjusted to the smallest it will go), but I see him growing into it sooner than later. Great for being hands-free and jumping on your bike to head to the pond.

My son got this for a backpack to take on his outdoor adventures with his TrailLife group. It was the perfect size, plenty of space to take what he needs. Held his water bottle nicely. He loves the idea of adding patches to it also. Very functional and the zippers are made well.

Fits everything from my old ~40L backpack I used as a tackle bag with room for more. Very well thought out design with plenty of internal pockets. Material seems good quality, and the laser cut MOLLE is a nice touch for adding additional pouches. For $20 I would absolutely buy again.

I bought the bag through Amazon based on what I saw on the KastKing website. The one I received was not this one. It did not have the updated features. Contacted KastKing and they said I received the outdated backpack. It now has a quick disconnect shoulder strap and water bottle holder. To put the bag on you need to remove your hat and glasses or risk knocking them off. Especially inconvenient when you go to remove from your shoulder and lift over your head. That is why the current ones from KastKing has a quick disconnect shoulder strap. No need to remove hat or sun glasses. Otherwise it is the size I wanted and holds plenty of tackle for when walking along fishing banks and alows you to cast while wearing. Just a hassle when you need to remove and changes lures. That's why KastKing modified it with the quick disconnect shoulder strap.
