Not too tight and very stretchy! I’ve washed them multiple times and they are still in tact. It’s not a bow you tie so it does adjust but they fit just about any size head. I also like that fact because I don’t have to worry about it coming apart. My daughter doesn’t try to take them off like she does other bows because they are so soft and comfortable. The colors are great as they match with most of her clothes I buy. I would like to see more color options because I really love these bows.
