Babyliss Big Hair Tongs
My old Babyliss tongs were the same design, have now given up the ghost! I must have had them at least 10 years. The new one is more stylish & just as good! The nice thing about these Babyliss tongs is the spring doesn’t break suddenly. Leaving you in limbo with your hair half done! As you can see the difference in the photos from my old one & the new one. I wouldn't use any other make as I have fine hair & it grips perfectly.

Good value and works well
Good value tong, works well. Obviously not the quality of premium cost products i.e the barrel is not as nice as say GHD but it’s a fraction of the cost. Styles my long hair well and useful to have a budget tool for holiday etc and you won’t be as upset if you’re suitcases get lost.

Good for root lift
I bought these to replace the previous version which I have used daily for many years. I use them for root lift rather than curls as I have fine hair in a shoulder length bob. I use the lwest heat setting which works well. The clamp doesn't have the same amount of grip as my previous tongs, but this doesn't affect the end result. I don't know how well they would work to curl long hair.
