Also, from the time I gave her my address so that she could send the larger model directly to me, I had it on my doorstep in about three to four days. (Just a note I feel that I should place as a former health provider to help reduce the potential for injuries...please follow the enclosed instructions exactly, and NEVER heat it beyond 2 minutes to reduce the risk of fire/burning to the bag itself and also to reduce the risk of burns to the person.
