QMB-03 Front Panel Bracket Kit for AT-588UV DualBand Radio

I really like the fitment of how it snaps onto the faceplate, and the design is pretty well fit, like it was made for it. The mounting cover for the face plate doesn't leave enough room for the rj45 cable to come out and make a safe bend, so I cut out a slot for the cable to come out more toward the end. If the cable comes out the hole they provide, it has to make a pretty sharp corner to get there, which puts unnecessary sideways leverage on the ethernet connector which isn't the strongest to begin with. Easy mod to make with wire cutters, now it's perfectly designed in my opinion.

The plastic piece that mounts the head unit works just fine. There is a better wire routing option on the back of the head unit that would be really nice if it was incorporated into the mount. The mental portion of the bracket is kind of dumb. I removed it from the plastic and made my own. With all the aftermarket mounting options, it would be nice if you could get the plastic piece by itself and not have to tear it apart to adapt it.

I love this mount for my Anytone radio. The radio is hidden in my RV in the back corner cabinet, but the radio faceplate is just where I need it.
