Recipes work perfectly
I love this book. I bought it a while ago. I looked at and put it in the shelf. Yesterday I was craving cinnamon rolls, so I got the book and looked at a recipe. The recipe was chocolate and hazelnut rolls. I decided to make it . What can I say, it is perfect. I didn’t have to tweak anything. The rolls are super soft and tasty. Another recipe that I made was the Japanese Jiggly Cake. I have tried many YouTube recipes but they have always failed. Well, not the recipe in this book. It was perfect. Perfect, perfect. I can’t wait to try more recipes. The Entremet part looks super exciting.
