This elbow brace has been a fantastic purchase. It's comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and provides just the right amount of compression without feeling too tight. Once it's in place, it stays put throughout the day, whether I'm working, exercising, or doing projects around the house. The support noticeably reduced the discomfort from my tennis elbow and made everyday activities much more manageable. The padding sits right where it's needed, helping relieve pressure on the tendon without restricting movement. The quality is excellent, the materials feel durable, and it fits comfortably for extended wear. If you're dealing with tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, or tendonitis, this brace is absolutely worth trying. Five stars. Simple, effective, comfortable, and it does exactly what it's designed to do.

I injured my arm pretty bad at work last year, worked through pain for months before seeing a doctor. I was diagnosed with tendonitis and had to be out of work for 8 months. I was at physical therapy twice a week getting all sorts of treatments and doing different stretches and exercises, nothing really helped my pain. Doctors prescribed me meloxicam for the inflammation but it never really seemed to get better, at least not 100%. As it turns out, the doctor deemed my arm 95% with a permanent 5% loss, it won't be the same. It has been difficult dealing with this injury in my dominant arm, I don't really feel like I have much strength nor do I fully trust it. I wake up and deal with pain every day and the doctor can't figure out why. I ordered this after trying just about everything else and INSTANTLY felt so relieved when I put it on. The pain feels almost non existent when I wear this and I somehow feel like I have gained more strength in my arm, almost feels like full strength at times! It felt so good when I put it on I immediately went and ordered another one in a different color. I will wear this to work daily and around the house or out and about when need be. If you're dealing with a bad elbow/arm give this a shot, it might really surprise you.

I play a lot of pickleball and got tennis elbow this winter. Friends and my doctor recommended an arm band, and a friend who swears by her arm band recommended getting one with a gel pressure point. I couldn't find the one she owned and this seemed like the next best thing. My arm has gotten better so I'm not sure if I still need it. On a hot, sweaty day it has slid from its position, and when I wear a long sleeve sunscreen shirt, it's harder to use since it's cumbersome to put on under the shirt and when I put it on over the shirt it tends to not stay in place during the course of the session. But bottom line, I'm convinced it helped with my recovery and made it possible for me to play when I had stopped playing due to the pain, and I would buy it again.

Not inexpensive in comparison to other brands. But, it’s a nice fit using smallest strap.(that’s what she said). The larger straps are way too big. I have thin forearms. It stays in place. Best I’ve found to combat my tendinitis symptoms

I’m a vendor for a major beverage company and I was concerned about it falling down my arm while doing my repetitive job. It stayed in place all day as I pulled pallets and slung cases of pop all day. 9-11 hr shifts per day since using and it definitely stays where I need it. It helps my forearm for my tennis elbow as much as I could’ve hoped for.

This strap is just okay overall. The compression pad is fairly wide, so it doesn't really target individual tendons directly, though it does offer decent support once you get it positioned just right. My main complaints are that it tends to slip and rotate around the forearm during movement, and after a couple of washes, the velcro doesn't seem quite as effective or secure as it was out of the package. It gets the job done in a pinch, but it's just average.

I have minor tendinitis in my arm and could feel it while doing curls at the gym. I was leery whether this would work but knew pressing on my arm helped. There are so many options in every price range but ended up deciding on this one. I went to the gym and didn’t feel any pain while doing my curls. I am really glad I purchased this one. Appears to be good quality and very comfortable. It came with three different strap sizes and I used the middle one. The pad is comfortable and I made the strap tight enough it left an imprint but I was never uncomfortable. Really glad I chose this one and it was cheap enough that if I wear them out every few months it’s worth it to work out without the elbow pain.

I have been having tendonitis pain for a while now and finally decided to try a brace. Since I am a bigger person, I always have trouble with any kind of support braces fitting properly, so the multiple band lengths were a big reason for choosing this one. The middle size fits well and stays in place, and the brace is comfortable and has helped with the pain SO MUCH! So happy I bought it.

Tennis elbow is a fairly new pain for me, but debilitating and quite uncomfortable while trying to do my job. I looked and ordered this after reading reviews. I had todo a little bit of adjusting but when i got it right the relief was immediate What a world of difference! Read the instructions and play around to find your sweet spot

Todo bien, el color es igual a la foto, es vdd Que trae tres extensibles y el soporte para el codo es bueno, sin embargo a mi no se me hizo tan cómodo como otros que he usado ya que yo trabajo en oficina y al estar recargada en el escritorio queda muy grueso el extensible a la hora de abrocharlo y resulta incómodo realizar mi trabajo. Probablemente sirva más para deportistas y personas que no tienen que recargar el brazo tanto tiempo. El producto es bueno, si lo recomiendo, incluso si tú brazo es Grueso puede que si te quede algún extensible porque vienen largos pero considera lo que te comento si eres oficinista o algo parecido.
