This product was expensive, but it works! I had a sore on the side of my tongue for weeks, tried everything OTC, but gave up and saw my dental hygienist. She recommended this and it worked after only a couple of applications for a few days.

Work good

The gel is very good and works as it is supposed to. It helps with gum inflammation and helps with the mouth soft tissue. Follow the instructions and should be good to go The issue that i have is that its so small especially for the price - thats why its 4 out 5 stars. I am also questioning why its made to look bigger than is. A bottle inside a bottle with a small area actually filled with product -

Really enjoying this toothpaste. It’s good feel and good taste, and I hope it’s doing what it’s supposed to but so far I haven’t noticed a significant difference. I think I need to pay more attention. Would be great for it to come with a whitening card to track color difference.

Despite other reviewers talking about the pump action not working after a couple uses, I decided that wouldn't happen to me and bought this. After 4 uses, the pump action wouldn't work. I disassembled the all the pieces of the product (very easy to do--it's all plastic with no small pieces to lose.) The problem seems to be that the gel is too viscous/thick to flow with any regularity up into the pump area. I reassembled and then gave the canister a few vigorous shakes upside down. That did the trick. So maybe that will work for others--shake the canister in vigorous, firm, upside down motions. I think the gel just needs to get moved into the pump top. Which is definitely a design flaw you'd think the company would be able to solve in. Oh well. So now I vigorously shake the bottle a couple times and then pump. In three months I haven't noticed any positive changes. It's nice that the product does stay in place when you apply it to your recessed gum area. There's no odor or taste, which is good. Though at least when I do oil pulling, the powerful scent and tingling gives you at the very least a placebo-effect feeling that something must be happening. I've been applying this stuff to one area of very bad gum recession. I'll keep using it every night, but I have sincere doubts that anything is being helped. If it saves me from expensive, painful, gum reconstruction surgery, that'd be great. My gut says it's not doing anything.

TLDR; stop reading the reviews and buy this product ASAP. My dentist gave this to me after I had a deep clean done. My gums were heading into a bad place but we caught it early so it’s very manageable. I got serious about my dental routine and this product is wonderful. It helped a lot with the inflammation in my gums. Especially because brushing your teeth and flossing can be pretty invasive to sensitive gums. After a week of consistency (twice a day) I noticed that my gums weren’t hurting or being sensitive anymore. I stopped using the product for about 6 months (ran out and too lazy to buy) and about a month ago I noticed my bottom gums flaring up. I bought the product out of fear and although pricey, it is so worth it. Within a few days, my gums weren’t bothering me anymore. The taste is pretty decent (minty) and the texture isn’t bad at all.
