I like these knives a lot. They aren't quite as good as the Richardson Sheffield "Professional" line but they are still very sharp and well built. I hand wash and dry them immediately after use and have had no issues with rusting or dulling. For such a small cost these knives are a real value.

The knives file is really good, I am happy with the performance. The only thing I don’t like is the wooden material: by accident I put one knife in the dishwasher and the wooden handle lost the color. Besides this, when I revived the set of knives, the wooden block was a bit stained, it looks as if it was moldy but it’s not. At least or I hope is not going to grow more the stain. About the price I was very happy that I found such a good deal of almost 40% off from the retail price. I thought I was buying too high quality product. But three weeks later, the discount was only 5% off, but this time the retail price was more accurate to reality and product. Pay attention to prices, the suggested/retail price that Amazon publishes is not accurate and can mislead you. I asked for customer service, it was great. I was planning to return the item, order a replacement at a lower price. But I felt bad because it is very likely they will throw away the product plus the waste in making a new delivery for returning. So, instead I got a discount + a small gift card to make up for the price difference and the stained wooden block.
