The only downside is that on my earlier purchases of this light, the tops became unscrewed over time, just hanging from my keychain, and on several occasions, I suddenly found that I had only the top of the light dangling from its carabiner, and the rest of the light was lost. But I always buy new ones, because I love how easy it is to use -- and easy push-button at the top of the light turns it on, and a simple twist adjusts the beam focus from wide to narrow. And despite its small size, it puts out an impressive beam of bright light.
