Great price and was perfect for kids room and mounted on wall looked great. Pity not 4k in this size but worked well. Only niggle is the single cable is quite thick compared to larger screens for some reason. I knew this when buying but shame not as invisible as larger screens.

With the screen only been a 32 inch The apps at the bottom of the screen are also small and it’s hard to see which one your cursor is on. It is also annoying that Samsung TV comes on when the TV is switched on. I feel that it should be my choice and I cannot find anywhere where you can change it! I also do not like the fact that when you switch it on or off it’s hard to timer so the screen saver doesn’t come on. Sometimes I think I have switched it off, gone to bed only to find in the morning it is still on the screen saver. I wish I could find somewhere where you can switch that choice off altogether as I am not bothered about it?

Its a great TV, super slim and looks great, and the Frame feature is killer...so cool

I have had my Samsung Frame TV for just over 1.5 years. In that time it has lost connection to the WiFi over 10,500 times (see pictures attached). That is an average of over 17 times a day.It is not a problem with the WiFi either. Get a Google Chrome device if you like and it is steady as a rock, but you have another handset to deal with! Also the device looses its own MAC address (see picture).When not working, the Samsung Frame TV loses its Smart Features.No Netflix.No Amazon Prime.No Apps that use the internet meaningNo BBC iPlayer - No catch up of any type!Even the Samsung Channels stop working.If you are out of your warrantee period they may say to you what they said to me - yes there is a problem and it needs to be seen by an engineer, but you will have to pay for the repairs.If you look online, you will see that many others have the same problem too.My advice to you would be to avoid any headaches by avoiding the Samsung Frame TV all together.

I ordered this tv not caring which model it was as it was a great price, to my surprise when it arrived its actually 2023 model. It was delivered by DPD 2 days early too! Can not fault anything about the service or tv. Highly recommend

My first one arrived and failed to detect any terrestrial channels. Spent 2.5hours on a support chat with Samsung who refused to accept it may be DOA. 3 mins on chat with Amazon and Amazon replaced it next day. New one worked as expected. Amazon = 10 star service, Samsung = <0 star service.I got TV as better half wanted a near invisible TV and this so far appears to deliver on this. The One connect box is smaller than expected and boasts an amazing 2-HDMI sockets (sad face). The oneconnect cable is about 5mm diameter and bold grey. The large connectors make it hard to hide in the wall and the grey cable is far from invisible on a bright wall. Some creative work ahead. Also the cable feels to be about 1.8m long so the oneconnect box will need to be close. Picture looks good and menu is fairly responsive. I've still to upload my selected photos but this looks straight forward. Reading the manual is highly recommended and a reboot of the tv seems to fix the "Server not available" message I had on both TV's during setup when it wanted to access the the internet to download the latest customer agreement.

Bought as a replacement to a 40” JVC that I returned to Amazon as the picture was awful.This set is fantastic, responds to the remote very quickly, and is very slim with its own supplied wall bracket. You just need to factor in the additional control & plugs box location.
