Really easy to put together- I got the longer bar. A lot of reviewers mentioned not having enough tension, but they all seemed to be shorter than 5’4 so I thought I’d be ok at 5’7, nope. I’ve found the best workout to be when I’m laying on back with bar above shoulders and loops on feet for leg workouts. Overall- I don’t regret the purchase. YouTube “pilates bar” for more ideas on what you can do.

Best purchase to step up your Pilates game.
This is an amazing product! I love how easy it is to put together and store. It has also stepped up my Pilates game immediately. So glad I made this purchase!

Hesitated but glad I did it!
So far I think this is a great product for someone looking to slowly get back into working out at their one pace and wants to do it from home during their downtime. I was impressed with the resistance level. I didn’t feel it was too much I couldn’t handle, or not enough.
