This holder has a clear vinyl flap over large pockets to accommodate them. It rolls closed easily, but I must stretch the velcro to close it. This holder replaced my 20-year-old Sephora one whose elastic closure got overstretched and thinned with age. It was made of thick nylon which nobody sells anymore, not even the professional websites. This is the only holder that comes close. I wish it had side zip storage pockets. I like being able to view all my brushes from left to right without digging for them. I prefer this horizontal pocket layout to the vertical stacked pockets of my old holder, which obscured my view.
