Will these work with a waterproof iPod shuffle?

Yes! Absolutely. They will work with any MP3 player.

All of my earbuds seem to slip off the speaker and get stuck in my ears. Will these come out easier?

I had the same problem so now use superglue to firmly attach the earbud covers to the speaker. This has worked well for me.

Will these work with my apple watch and my music?

These are wired headphones that plug into a headphone jack. The Apple Watch uses Bluetooth. You can use the Bluetooth version of the same headphones with your Apple Watch: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CRRY7D6 Please note - Bluetooth range under water is only inches. If you are using your Apple Watch for swimming - you will need to attach that to your goggles - near the buttons of the headset (with in few inches). If you have any questions, please email us at support@h2oaudio.com

do they plug into apple i phone 7s?

They work, but you will need the adapter (3.5mm headphone jack to Apple Lightning Jack).
