It caught me off guard—I thought something was missing! But I’m so glad I took a moment to read everything.Once I followed the super simple mixing instructions, everything made sense. The lotion “activates” once you combine the concentrate with water, and the result is amazing! The scent is absolutely divine—natural, warm, and comforting without being overpowering.
