I’ve had this for almost 3 years now and love it! It is so useful for when I need to charge my phone away from home, or when I need to charge it while I’m using it around the house. It charges my phone from 0 to 50% in about 30 min and this takes the charger from 100% down to about 85%. It is light and small and I’ve even used the handy phone prop that it has built in that allows you to prop your phone and watch a show while it charges. Highly recommend - it’s just as good quality and functionality as the more expensive brands, at a great price.

Never leave home without it. Very handy. Bring this with me when ever I travel or hike. Takes a couple of hours to completely charge up. Can fully charge my iPhone 13 several times if the charger is nearly charged. Light enough and small enough to put in my front pocket.

Bought this 2 + years ago and it’s been my go to! I can’t be without it. I use my phone so much that it is on a portable charger every single day. This portable charger charges my I phone at least 4 times from nearly dead (plus many times from 40-50%+ throughout the day) before it needs to be recharged itself. It recharges my I phone faster than any other I’ve had. It’s small and lightweight- easily my favorite and longest lasting portable charger. I have had others. — I’ve been gifted others — none work as well - and many don’t work at all any more or charge too slowly - this is always my go to. It re-charges from 0% to 100% quickly too (never timed it bc I usually plug it in at night - so less than 4-6 hours.) it uses the same In out usb c port to charge phones and to charge itself. (It also has 2 regular usb ports) — It doesn’t matter that this doesn’t have a cable Attached - I’d rather it this way. The ones with the cable would have never lasted this long - not only do the cable stops working but they loosen up in their little fitting and before you know it you have a mess of a charged w 5 cords all hanging out and all the ones you need to work don’t anymore so you have to carry another cord anyway! Also, this way I can choose the length of my cable and I just keep a lil rubber band around all my cords anyway so if I’m carrying the cord and the charger together I just rubber band it onto the charger itself. Came here bc I realized how much I rely on it and I was so scared I was going to find that it didn’t exist anymore! — I can’t live without it and it’s out lived many charger cords and nearly all other portable charges so I need to get myself another one just in case! It’s showing no signs of slowing down but I don’t want to come back here in a year or two or 5 when I lost it or need another only to find its not made any more! If you’re hesitant- get this one- you won’t regret it!

Removing one star for deceptive photo. Note that most ads for products sold online are composites of separate images; in this case, a product and a hand. This battery is approx. 4.25"/11cm tall, 2.25"/6cm wide and .87"/2.5cm. Not huge, but also not in proportion to that hand. Highly recommended; it charges your device fast (use quality cables), and recharges fast as well. Can be a lifesaver! Great for travel.

*2nd update* I received the replacement, under warranty free of charge. Customer service told me this is an updated version, physically it appears the same. The battery, which is smaller than a deck of cards, comes with a good quality cable and a storage pouch. Out of the box it had an 86% charge, which was displayed prominently on the display on front. I charged the battery to 100% before using it, which took less than an hour. Fits comfortably in a pocket and doesn't get to warm if you decide to charge your device like that. I use the battery primarily in my car to keep my phone charged when using Android auto wireless, which is very draining. During my daily 30 minute commute the battery will keep my phone topped off for about 1-2 weeks before i need to charge it (at 20%). Have done some testing on it to charge or extend use of my Steam Deck. Mileage has varied. Plugging it into the deck at 10% and not using it brings it up to about 40-60% in most cases. When playing low power games it will extend play 1 to 2 hours. High power games are too demanding and the battery doesn't charge fast enough and require the 45w dedicated charger or a much larger fast charging battery. All in all I am happy with the battery despite the first one dying. Customer service has been exceptional, reaching out to me and providing a replacement under warranty, following up to make sure I am happy and everything is good. Would 100% recommend INIU products, even if you have an issue they will make it right. *Update* Was contacted by customer support via email and will be receiving a new unit (newer version) to replace the dead one. Hopefully the new one lasts longer, in either case great customer support! Worked as expected for 2 months then suddenly stopped working. Display reads 100% but immediately drops to 0% as soon as you plug anything into it and battery display dies. Plugging in to charge it display will flicker than begin "charging" display counts up relatively quickly to 100%. Unplug, battery is cool to touch, and plug something in to charge and immediately drops to 0 and shuts off. Junk. Would recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable battery backup.

I bought this power bank back in February 2024 and it’s been perfect for everyday use. It gives me two full charges on my iPhone 16, which is exactly what I need during the day. I actually have another power bank that I use for travel — it gives me 3 to 4 full charges, but it's way too heavy to carry around in my purse every day. That’s why I keep this one just for daily use, and it’s been great. It’s compact, has a bit of weight to it (which actually makes it feel high quality — not like cheap plastic), and it even comes with its own pouch. I always keep the cables inside the pouch, so everything stays together. So far, no issues at all. It’s reliable, has saved me more than once, and I definitely recommend it. Solid 5 stars. I was looking for a small, battery pack that can top up my phone on the go at least one or more times and INIU portable charger does exactly that. Here are my key takeways: 1. HOW DOES THE PRODUCT PERFORM? - Extremelly well. Small, charges fast for the size - I use it for oneplus 12 and oneplus 9. I never drained it to 0%, but it tops 4500mah OP9 battery and 5400mah OP12 - not all at once, but I assume I could extract at least 1,5 time charge for any of phones, before needing to charge it. Recharging the bank is also fast - I use 65w charger, and I put about 70% in hour and half. 2. WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT? - Good quality plastic, built really tight - no moving parts, except the small phone holder (pull out latch) built on the side of battery. Never had to use it, but it is handy to have if you are charging and watching videos and keeping your phone in landscape or portrait mode. Display is easy to read and provides very usefull info on the remaining percentage. 3. IS THE PRODUCT EASY TO USE? - As easy as plug and play!! I carry 2 cords in the pouch - USB-C to C and USB- A to C. There are 2 ports USB-A and 1 PD port - great to have, in case you need it. 4. IS THE PRODUCT A GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY? - Goes without saying - you get 10,000mah probably you can extract 8500mah, maybe more. 5. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO OTHERS? - Absolutely. To anyone who needs a small power bank, with 3 ports, with 10k-mah, with 22,5 watt charge, with display, this is for you. Very happy with the product!!

The charger is quite small, 2.5x4x0.75 inches. It comes with a mesh carrying bag that has a drawstring closure. I will use it with my iPhone 12; it doesn't come with a flash cable, so you will have to get one or use the one that came with the phone. It takes a long time to reach a full charge. I didn't time it exactly, but I'd say it took at least six hours. It hasn't been necessary to use the charger yet, so I can't attest to the fact that you can get more than two full charges.

I originally bought the battery pack and was a little let down. It was essentially only able to charge my phone once and would be drained. I reached out to Amazon and they wanted me to ship it back and would send a replacement once received and checked. A person from Iniu reached out to me without me even contacting them and without delay sent a replacement. The replacement got lost at the local shopping warehouse and were unwilling to really offer any help. They reached yet again to ask if I had recieved it and if I was satisfied and when I informed them of what had happened 2 days later I had a replacement. So in total they had sent 3 blocks. One a dud, which is just something that happens, another lost in shipping at no fault to them and the third which works exactly as described. This is a long review because I was so impressed with the customer service. It is such a pleasure that not only is the product great, the way they dealt with a random product defect, a another company that completely dropped the ball which was totally out of their control, they still were willing to make sure I was satisfied. As for the battery pack it self. It works great. As a pixel owner fast charging is not as straight forward as most phones but this works flawlessly. The built in stand was not something I thought I would have any use for but it's a great bonus. If you happen to be out and need a quick charge you can easily charge while watching a video. I'm able to change my phone while battery sharing to my headphones without problem which is great as I don't have to bring multiple cables. LCD screen is very handy to get a quick check to make sure that you are covered for the day. No complaints. Definitely worth the price.

I really love this INIU power bank. It’s small, compact, and easy to carry, which is exactly what I was looking for. It comes in a soft mesh pouch with padding, so it feels protected when I keep it in my handbag — a nice touch I didn’t expect from a budget item. I purchased it about one year ago, and it’s still working as good as new. Despite its size, the charging speed is impressive. With a full charge, I can charge my phone up to three times, and one full phone charge takes only about 25–30 minutes. This is probably the smaller power bank I've owned which is quite convenient. It's very portable and comes with a small cable and carry pouch. It provides fast charging on my s26 ultra and also allows power passthrough so you can charge both the power bank and your device connected to the powerbank.

So far so good. The capacity, the fast changing and recharge speed are all as described, very good. The power bank is also pretty lightweight for the capacity. The only thing that is not perfect is the glossy plastic front panel - prone to scratches and hard to see in bright sunlight. Anyway it's great for the price! Totally recommend!
